1. When will the shipment be sent?
Generally, backpacks will be shipped within 5 working days. Personalized embroidered backpacks require 14 working days (Monday to Friday).
2. Where is the location for embroidery?
The location for embroidery is on the right side of the backpack, near the water bottle pocket.
3. Why is the gift not displayed in the shopping cart?
Gifts will not be displayed in the shopping cart. During shipment, we will determine whether to send a male or female gift based on the backpack style purchased by the customer. If necessary, please fill in the remarks field.
4. Can you deliver to Macau?
Yes, if you make a purchase of $500 or more on the official website, delivery to Macau is free of charge.
5. Is there any additional charge for SF Express delivery to residential addresses?
There is no additional charge for SF Express delivery to residential addresses.
