Free maintenance within 1 year from the date of purchase (Customer needs to bear with the shipping freight, material fee will be charged to customer after 1 year of free maintenance)

Special Note :

(1) For schoolbags only, maintenance are based on the purchase records and photo of damaged part that sent to us. For available parts and whether there are any costs involved, please contact our online customer service.

(2) Not applicable to accidental damage, indirect damage, man-made damage, improper care or use (such as washing machine washing, use of cleaners such as butane, improper load of heavy objects such as gravel etc.), not applicable to natural wear and tear caused by long-term use of schoolbag.
